Running for Office Workshop

Considering running for local office in the coming year? Thinking about running in the future? Know someone else who is? Learn the details at the League's Running for Office Workshop on October 30, 7:00 PM, in the Selectmen’s Room at North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street. You'll hear from locally elected officials from Andover and North Andover, from both Town Clerks, and from Jason Tait from the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance.

Get informed about the ins and outs and the pros and cons of becoming a candidate and an elected official. Ask your questions directly of those who have experienced the process firsthand and from others who are available to help with the process all along the way.

The workshop is free and open to the public; it will be recorded live and rebroadcast on Andover Cable Television and North Andover CAM stations, and posted online.
