Frederick’s Pastries created a 4-tiered birthday cake to celebrate Phantom Gourmet’s 20th year airing on television. The birthday party was held at the pavilion tent at Grantie Links Golf Club in Quincy.

Frederick’s Pastries proprietor Susan Lozier Robert and her father Frederick Lozier, founder of Frederick’s Pastries presented the birthday cake to the Andelman brothers, The Phantom Gourmet’s  CEO, VP of Business Development, and VP of New Media on Sunday July 21, 2013.

“We were happy to celebrate with Phantom Gourmet, the Andelman brothers and their fans, it was a day filled of fun!” says Susan Lozier Robert, proprietor of Frederick’s Pastries. “We take pride when our cakes are a part of a special occasion, and this was a huge milestone for one of my favorite TV shows.”

Frederick’s Pastries made their famous purple velvet cake for the party, which fit in perfectly with Phantom Gourmet’s logo color, purple.  300 of Phantom Gourmet’s fans attended the party, which had a band and BBQ by Firefly’s in Qunicy. The purple velvet cake was cut and served to all of the guests at the birthday party.
