ReplyAWESOME !! Super BIG THANK YOU to the North Andover Fire Dept ..saving two cats and now a dog all in a matter of 6 months !! The pet care community couldn't be more blessed to have such big hearts on our fire dept .

ReplyOur compassionate NAFD did it again !! ..Saving two cats in less than 6 months. First was Mittens on Union St in September and now saving Moosha.

MikeA as an avid reader of Patch I am surprised at your response to this letter. At this point you have read and commented on many articles regarding animals. Many of these articles included the need for support in perusing animal abuse as a felony and helping in passing of laws to protect animals. As an animal advocate, and a small business owner of a pet care business I can personally tell you the importance of having a State Rep involved with the life and protection of an animal is absolutely necessary. Human behaviors towards animals are strong indicators of how these individuals conduct themselves in society. Many child abusers have a prior history of animal abuse. Many abusers of senior citizens have a history of abusing animals. Let's not forget how many people lost their lives in Katrina because people would not evacuate without their pets. THESE are perfect examples of why having a State Rep who understands how important animal wellness is to his constituents. Animal advocates are very passionate people and persistently speak as a voice for the animals. A good State Rep understands that and listens to what people are saying

ReplyFrancine has trained several of my client's dogs with GREAT success....She is an excellent trainer. She also takes the time to get to know each dog and the handler and how they can and should interact with eachother !
