Here are some ideas for casseroles.  --- Hamburger Corn Casserole Provided by Mary Khederian, Westford Patch blogger Ingredients  1 Package of Broad Egg Noodles, cooked, drained 1-2lbs Ground Beef 1 Onion Chopped 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted) 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted) 1 Can Corn (drained) 1 Cup Sour Cream 2 T Butter Melted ½ Cup of Seasoned Breadcrumbs Directions: In large saute pan sauté the onions and the ground beef till no longer pink. Your neighbors and fellow Patch readers have shared their favorite family recipes for Thanksgiving Day sides. --- Cran-Orange Relish Provided by Mary Khederian, Westford Patch blogger Ingredients 1 Bag Fresh Cranberries 1 or 2 Oranges, skin and all, quartered Drizzle Grand Marnier (optional) 2/3- 1 Cup Sugar Directions Using a food processor, add the berries (fresh or frozen-I prefer frozen, they whirl easier) and whirl together.
