Merrimack set all kinds of records this season; North Andover Patch takes a look at some of the top games of the 2010-11 season.

The Merrimack College Warriors may have suffered a shocking and heartbreaking loss to end their season on Saturday, but let us not forget that their season was one for the books. The Warriors in 2010-11 were quite simply the best in team in the school's history. Merrimack was able to set new school records in home wins, road wins, and sellouts. Following a 1-1 tie on Friday night, the Warriors looked to upend the Terriers and deliver them their first loss of the season but line mates Chris Connolly and Corey Trivino each beat Merrimack goalie Joe Cannata in the third to even the score. "Polls are polls but we just played the number one team in the country twice and they haven't beaten us," said Merrimack head coach Mark Dennehy whose squad now sits at 2-2-4 on the season. Boston University, …
