Taste of North Andover Next Weekend

There are still tickets available for this year's Taste of North Andover, which will be held at the Joseph N. Herman Youth Center on Saturday, March 9, from 7 to 9 p.m. This year's event also marks the 25th anniversary of the Youth Center, which was established in 1988 through a state grant. Tickets are $50. This year will feature more socializing and fewer presentations than years past. There will be a cash bar, a DJ, silent and live auctions and more. To order your tickets, visit the event website. Taste of North Andover Tickets On Sale Now

Tickets for the 2012 North Andover Taste of North Andover are on sale. Go to http://www.nayouth.com/2012event.html and click on the "Purchase Tickets" link to the left. Tickets are not available at the door the night of the event. In 1988, North Andover Youth Services was established through a state grant of $15,000 that was matched by funds from North Andover residents and businesses. NAYRS began as a one-year pilot program whose purpose was as an information and referral center for high-risk teens in town. Now, over 20 years later, North Andover Youth & Recreation Services is a vital part of the town. The program serves over 2,500 middle-school and high-school aged young people.
