The kids are back to school and all their activities. Your schedule just got a little more hectic, and you need a night out or just a quiet place to have lunch.   Maybe some ethnic food and atmosphere will make you think you have gone on a vacation. Patch has heard that Shadi's Restaurant and Lounge, 585 Chickering Road, has homemade Middle Eastern cusine.   Shadis, owned by Michael and Hind Asmar, recently moved to North Andover after a fire destroyed their Methuen location after 30 years. The menu has an array of Middle Eastern and American cold and hot appetizers, soups, sandwiches, lunch specials and family-style platters.
