VIDEO: Chili Cook-Off
Who won?
On Sunday, Rolf's held its annual Super Bowl party and its second annual Chili Cook-Off. Participants -- a total of 10 -- arrived in the afternoon to set up their crockpots and let patrons sample their chili. Some had turkey, some had peppers, some had enough kick to clear your sinuses. And the winner -- for the second year in a row -- was Barbara O'Neill. Her chili was robust with a hot jalapeno kick to it. Her key ingredients, she said (without giving away the whole recipe), are andouille sausage and sweet peppers to balance out the jalapenos. Check out this video of the big reveal.
