All good things must come to an end and that includes the North Andover Merchant Association’s glorious event known as Restaurant Week. Almost half of North Andover’s restaurants participated in the event which had residents of North Andover and beyond savoring delicious food at spectacular prices. A pair of local businesses, The Loft and Chama Grill, had especially good experiences. “I’ve been seeing a lot of new people coming in, a lot of new faces,” said Michael Saal, a manager at The Loft. “Any time we reach out to a new customer is a great thing,” he continued. Autumn has arrived and that means two important things for North Andover foodies. Fall Festival and Restaurant Week are nearing! On Saturday, Sept. 22, the North Andover Merchants Association will be holding its second annual Fall Festival. The event will be held on the grounds of the Knights of Columbus at 505 Sutton Street from 11am to 5pm. Over 40 North Andover businesses participated last year, and even more are expected this year. This family day will feature live entertainment, a beer tent, a bon fire, and some of North Andover’s best food. Local restaurants will offer specials from March 25 to 29.
After much discussion and planning, Restaurant Week will happen this month. From March 25 to 29, patrons can enjoy a variety of meal specials at many North Andover restaurants. And this Restaurant Week includes a meals tax holiday. So far, the following establishments are participating. More restaurants may join, and Patch will keep you updated. The town held a Restaurant Week in October, and the event was reportedly a success. This time, Restaurant Week is aimed at attracting customers to local restaurants during what is the slowest time of the year for the industry.
