The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log. At 12:49 a.m. a caller reported a hole in the pavement on Osgood Street. A work crew had put cones near the hole but the cones were moved. A worker replaced the cones by hole. At 1:57 a.m. a car playing loud music was reported on Wood Lane. The vehicle was gone on the arrival of an officer. At 9 a.m. a motor vehicle hit and run was reported at Andover Street and Turnpike Road. The accident involved a gray Chrysler that fled after hitting a bus. No injuries were reported. At 10:25 a.m. an employee at Staples reported that a Fedex truck hit the building in the back and left without reporting it. At 12:08 p.m. police arrested Jonelle Nicole Anderson, 28, of 231 Farnham St., Apt. 11…
