We just moved to North Andover. I needed a perm but wondered where I would go. Rosetta's online info mentioned perms so I took a chance. WOW!!! Was that the right choice. I went there recently. The salon was filthy. It smelled like I was sitting in a bottle of perm solution. I asked the owner what it would cost for a wash and blow dry. SHe was very rude. She didn't even get up to speak to me. From the far side of the salon she said, "I have no idea." I would not recommend that anyone go there.
