The North Andover Historical Society is a non-profit institution that provides historical education to the community of North Andover. The society was incorporated in 1913. The mission of the society is to preserve, collect and provide valuable education about the history of North Andover. The society has a collection of items and artifacts of historical interest, including visual materials, preserved properties, documents and objects that were made or used during the span of North Andover's history, starting from the 17th century. Other items of interest found in the collection include furniture, farm equipment, rugs, quilts, lighting and jewelry. Several programs and events are offered for families and adults, including lectures and workshops.
