Best of all is the staff, so knowledgeable, so personable – it’s like having your own dog or cat health & behavior consultant, right there for you. What a gem of a store – couldn’t do without!

Best service! On my first visit the owner gave me some great advice on products for my two pups! I had lots of questions and she was so patient and helpful. Since then, I only shop at Ciao Bow Wow. It truly is a "pet friendly" pet store! Not to mention, the great prices on Wee Wee pads, treats and food. My two pups and even my two-year old loves going in - This is a great local business to support!

I love Ciao Bow Wow - used to shop at the other location, and now have my friend pick things up for me as I am in Canada and not there often. THIS IS THE BEST......my Olivia loves her Ciao Bow Wow collars and leashes, and would not go out for a night on the town dressed by anyone else - Melanie ROCKS.

Love this place. Followed it from Rowley and it is worth the drive from Newbury. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Melanie has helped us keep our Maine Coons happy and healthy. She keeps us updated with email if any issues arise. Ciao! Bow Wow is our go to place for our cats needs.

I drive from NH to get my cats' food, treats, litter, supplements, etc. because Melanie only carries the best quality and healthiest products around. She suggested a different food for my ragdolls and now their fur is soft and shiny with no more matted knots or hairballs. This place is worth visiting!

Hands down, best pet supply store in the area! Melanie cares about pets health and only carries the best, safest and healthy foods, treats and supplies. Even though she moved further away from my town, I still make the trip to shop at her store.

There are pet supplies stores that are closer to where I live, but Ciao Bow Wow is well worth the drive. Store owner Melanie carries the best selection of everything your pet might need (or want!) and she is very knowledgeable about the products that she carries. In times where pet food recalls are frequent, it's good to have somebody like Melanie on your side to weed through the hysteria and help you select safe, healthy food and treats. And she knows every dog that shops there by name!

I used to work in Rowley and loved to visit this pet store/gift shop. It's awesome and I was thrilled when I found out they moved right down the street from me in North Andover! Dogs affectionately refer to the owner as "Aunt Mel", she offers great tips for training, caring and feeding your pet. If you ever need a gift for a dog lover, visit Ciao Bow Wow first.

I travel from Georgetown to N Andover to get my "kids" their food. Melanie and her team are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. There are closer options, however, Ciao Bow Bow is always our first choice.

This is by far the Best Pet Store around!! We here in Rowley hated to loose her but traveling to North Andover is ok too. Melanie really is a wealth of information on issues pertaining to your pet and lots more. If you haven't been in yet to meet Melanie, make it a must do soon!!!!!
