Chama Grill was definitely a 10! We had Superb service, food, atmosphere, and company! We tried the preset menu! $29.00 ( we used our coupon for buy one get one meal 1/2 off from National Night Out) It all started with a variety of side dishes to start, it was a bit if a weird however tasty combo, fried bananas, white rice, house salad with an amazing dressing, Pico de Gallo, polenta and demi glaze, of which you can ask for as much as you want, this was served with the most delicious dinner rolls. Ok so then your given this chip, one side has Yes the other for No. This is for the chef to begin table side service of all you can eat 6 varieties to choose from and sliced to serve at your table. The options include top sirloin, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, rib eye, beef ribs, Brazilian sausage, and chicken wrapped in bacon. Can you say YUMMY? You keep your chip side to Yes as long as you can take it. When your done or need a brake turn it to No! If your ready to start up again turn it back to Yes! Such an awesome concept! We loved every bite! I recommend after every two times the Chef comes to your table turn the chip to No so you can enjoy what you have and take it slow. (the Chef will come and give you a slice of something then walk to kitchen to get something new, then he comes right back) And if you liked something better tell the Chef! He will bring it back for you. ENJOY we did!!!!
