Weather-wise, we're in for another frigid week, with temperatures in the 20s and low-30s most of the week. And we may see some snow Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Board of Selectmen will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Town Manager Andrew Maylor will discuss his Capital Improvement Plan recommendations.
The Finance Committee will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. They will discuss the town's budget and Capital Improvement Plan.
Also on Tuesday, there will be a Community Blood Drive hosted by the American Red Cross from 2 to 7 p.m. at 586 Massachusetts Ave.
On Wednesday, North Andover High School will have its annual Winter Concert at 6:45 p.m. at North Andover High School. Admission is free, and you can also buy some DVDs highlighting previous concerts.
The Board of Health will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall to discuss the School Department's lice policy.
