The North Andover Historical Commission will meet Monday to discuss a possible Town Meeting article to abolish the demolition delay.
The Finance Committee will meet Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. at Town Hall to discuss the town manager's capital improvement plan for water and sewer.
Also on Tuesday, the North Andover Garden Club will present "Rain Gardens to the Rescue!" with Donna Williams from 7 to 9 p.m. at St. Michael's Parish Hall.
