Monday Essentials: 5 Things to Know in North Andover This week

Your local scoop on the week ahead.

As we inch closer to autumn, the weather is cooling off a little, with temperatures expected to be in the low 70s at the start of the week. But summer may be persistent later in the week as temperatures rise to the high 80s.

On Monday, Rolling Ridge will host "Presentations on Fletcher Steele & The Restoration Project," a luncheon with special guests focused on landscaping and preservation.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the North Andover Senior Center. The board will discuss the proposed 40B development planned for Berry Street.

Also on Tuesday, the Planning Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

And on Saturday, Smolak Farms continues its Fall Festial.
