Monday Essentials: 5 Things to Know in North Andover This week

With school back in and local government gearing up after summer, this week looks to be a busy one.

• Temperatures are expected to increase from in the low 70 Monday to possibly in the 90s midweek, with a lot of humidity.

• The Historical Commission will meet at 3 p.m. at Town Hall to vote on whether or not to delay the demolition of the Bradstreet School building.

• Also on Monday, the Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. On the agenda is a discussion of the Route 125 Corridor Study.

• The School Committee will meet Thursday at 6 p.m. to discuss budgeting and goals for the 2013-2014 school year.

• And on Saturday, the NAHS varsity boys and girls cross country teams will head to Tewksbury for meets, time to be announced.
