~Food Drive for our Pets ~

Did you know one of the most common reasons people abandon their pets is because they can not afford food for them?   Yes, and in these never ending economic hard times, shelters and rescue leagues have seen an increase in animals being turned in and strays  running the streets  at an all time high.  Simply because families can not afford to feed their devoted companions.

Bulger Animal Hospital is trying to help families be able to keep their pets.  They are sponsoring their 2nd Annual Pet Food Drive in conjunction with CO- Pal and Neighbor’s In Need Food Pantries.

North Andover , a community known for it’s heartfelt giving…LET’s HELP THE FAMILY PETS!   It’s simple, just bring a can or unopened bag of dog or cat food to Bulger Animal Hospital.  They will be collecting until December 30, 20011.

All food will be donated to CO-Pal and Neighbor’s in Need and they will distribute to people that may need help in feeding  their pets.  Not only is this a wonderful gesture but also  gives these families that little extra help they need in these hard times.  It also allows the families to keep their pets.  As we all know our dogs and cats are PART of our family so let’s help them as well………
