Every day this week, our photo of the day column has featured one of North Andover's best pitchers. Baseball season has been very good to North Andover from the high school level down to Little League. With the season winding down, we look at one of North Andover's best hurlers of the hardball.
Mike Weisman was the ace of North Andover High School's winning team. The former North Andover Patch finished his high school career with a 25-7 record. His season his ERA was a miniscule 0.96 en route to an 8-1 season with 95 strikeouts.
Weisman was also devastating in the batters' box with 35 RBIs and a .490 batting average.
