Olympics 2012: What Were Your Favorite Moments?

The Olympics have come and gone.

The Olympics are done, and the United States made a spectacular showing, with the most medals of any nation -- more than 100 medals, and almost half of them gold.

What were your favorite moments? Watching women's boxing debut as an Olympic sport? Jordan Burroughs winning wrestling gold? Michael Phelps retiring with gold record?

Who were you favorite starts? Oscar Postorius? Ryan Lochte? Gabby Douglas?

Discuss in the comments and let's relive the Olympic glory.

I enjoyed watching the men's basketball team winning the gold medal over Spain, but perhaps the best moment was when the women's soccer team beat Canada in the semifinal 4-3 in extra time before winning the gold against Japan.

I enjoyed watching Kayla Harrison be the first American who ever won a Gold Medal in Judo. Guess what? She did her strength and conditioning training right here in North Andover at One To One Stength, owned by Paul Soucy, who also trained Jimmy Pedro, her Judo Coach, who won Bronze at a past Olympics.
