Blue Line Club Tickets Sold Out for 2011-12 Hockey Season

For the first time ever, Blue Line Club memberships for the 2011-12 Merrimack hockey season are sold out, but season tickets, which start as low as $295 for adults, are still available.

Fans can log on to Merrimack’s ticket page for complete details or call the box office at 978-837-5324 to place your order today.

Season tickets to Merrimack’s 16-game home schedule begin as low as $295 for adults and $195 for youths and seniors. For the first time, Merrimack is also sponsoring a faculty and staff special season ticket price of $80 for preferred reserved seating.

Mini-package tickets will go on sale on August 22, while individual game tickets will go on sale on September 6.

In 2010-11, Merrimack sold out 10 games at the renovated Lawler Rink, the most in its Division I history, including the final five games, en route to a 14-2-1 home record.

Led by captains Karl Stollery of Camrose, Ala., Ryan Flanigan of Rochester, N.Y., and Jordan Heywood of Canada, the Warriors host Army in the home opener on October 15.

“Lawler has become a great place to play because of our students and the rest of the fans,” said head coach Mark Dennehy, who enters his seventh year behind the bench as head coach. “Our guys play with a lot of confidence because of the support.”

Merrimack won a Division I school-record 25 games, advanced to its first-ever Hockey East Championship and was selected to its first NCAA Tournament since 1988. The Warriors also defeated every Hockey East team for the second straight campaign and second time ever and captured seven of nine season-series.
