North Andover Voters Support Pipe Dreams Cupcakes

Voters approved a measure that will allow the food truck operate on two town streets.

North Andover voters at Town Meeting on Tuesday approved a measure that will allow the Pipe Dreams Cupcakes food truck to operate on High Street and Main Street.

The Eagle-Tribune reported voters approved that item, as well as $5.9 million for the new Central Fire Station on Chickering Road.

"I'm just happy the town voted in favor of me," Nadine Levin, owner of Pipe Dreams Cupcakes, told the Eagle-Tribune.

Voters approved doing away with a policy that prohibited food trucks from operating on those two streets.
