This year, 52 students from the Catholic school will be graduating. Many of its graduating students have been accepted into local prestigious schools.  Some of these schools include Brooks School, Central Catholic, Presentation of Mary, Academy of Notre Dame, Saint John’s Preparatory, Pingree and Governor’s Academy.

“Saint Michael School graduates continue to stand out from their peers in both academics and community involvement,” said Principal Susan Gosselin.

The school has set many goals for itself. They strive to teach the needs of the community, a foundation of knowledge, appreciation for music and the arts, responsibility and respect for others, discipline, and work ethic and also a Catholic perspective.

The academic philosophy of St. Michael School is “an entity of love, faith, and exemplary education.”

“This year we celebrate 60 years and look forward to 60 more,” said Gosselin.
