Health and Fitness Expo to be Held Next Week
The event will focus on comprehensive health education and services.
The North Andover Health and Fitness Expo will be held Nov. 17 from 11:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. at
There will be more than 40 exhibits featured, including:
- Health Education: Stroke, diabetes, skin screening, blood pressure measurement, eye care, CPR and more.
- Nutrition: Healthy snacks, smoothie station, gluten free snacks, body fat analysis and more.
- Building Respectful Communities: Safety in schools, labels, stereotypes, sports medicine, dealing with alcohol and drugs and more.
- Sports in Society: ACL prevention program, fitness programs, head injury information and more.
- Relaxation Station: Massage therapy, seated massage, stress and nerve screening and more.
- Demonstrations: Martial arts, Zumba, P90X, yoga and more.
- Flu Vaccine: Offered by the North Andover Health Department for adults and kids. The vaccine is free with insurance card.
