VIDEO: What Do You Think About Tisei's Run For Congress?

Supporters were out in full force at his announcement on Tuesday. What do you think?

Former State Sen. Richard Tisei announced on Tuesday at the Americal Civic Center in Wakefield that he will be running for U.S. Congress to represent the 6th district in Massachusetts in the 2012 elections.

Supporters said they trust Tisei and his track record in the state legislature and are excited for a run for the U.S. House of Representatives against Democratic incumbent John Tierney (D-Salem).

But we want to know what you think. Do you think it's about time he sought a higher office? Or do think he should have remained out of politics after giving up his state senate seat to run for lieutenant governor?
