VIDEO: Brown Addresses Women in North Andover

The senator reached out to women voters and was endorsed by a well-known advocate for women and children.

Sen. Scott Brown stopped in North Andover again Monday, this time to speak to women voters and accept the endorsement of Laurie Myers, advocate for rape victims and domestic violence victims.

Brown blasted Democratic opponent Elizabeth Warren, saying she has been using "scare tactics" with women voters. He also offered highlights of his record on women's issues like fighting for rape victims in the military.

"We don't need someone to scare us," Myers said. "And as women, we need to talk to our sons and daughters. We've come a long way. We're not going backwards."

Congressional candidate Richard Tisei was there as well, but he had to leave early to go to another campaign event.

Monday's event was held at and Brown and his wife Gail Huff stayed afterward for lunch.
