2012 THEME: HEALTH CARE REFORM: What Does It Mean To You? Among those invited are: Congresswoman Niki Tsongas; State Senators include: Steven Baddour, Barry Finegold, Bruce Tarr, and Fred Berry. Invited Representatives include: James Lyons, Paul Adams, Linda Dean Campbell, Marcos Devers, Colleen Garry, David Torrisi, Harriet Stanley, Marc Lombardo, Sheila Harrington, James Aciero, James Miceli, Michael Costello, David Nangle, Kevin Murphy, Brian Dempsey, and Tom Golden. Also invited is Lawrence Mayor William Lantigua and many of our local city officials.
This is an opportunity for legislators to join their colleagues and meet with their constituents to discuss important issues affecting the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
Given the competing demands for shrinking resources, we can work together to provide innovative solutions that safeguard and expand programs that promote independence for people with disabilities in the Merrimack Valley.
