Family Flu Clinic
A North Andover Family Flu Clinic is scheduled to be held Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the North Andover High School Gymnasium from 6:00p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please bring your Health Insurance card. There will be a fee of $15 for adults over 18 without a card. Pre-school age children to seniors welcome. Sponsored by the NA Health Dept. For effeciency, please print out the vaccination form found at the town website, fill out and bring it to the clinic. Thank you.
