Youth Smoking Pot and Harassment Sunny Side Up

The following are excepts from the log.
Wednesday, Aug. 10
6:48 a.m. A caller on Woodstock Street reported that she was being harassed by youths via telephone and eggs thrown at her home.
7:01 a.m. A caller on East Water Street reported a male kicking a door and a female yelling. Police went there, but the male had already left.

12:25 p.m. A caller reported a black Lab loose on Greene Street. The dog was gone when police arrived.
2:15 p.m. A caller reported that a youth was smoking something, possibly marijuana, on Village Green Drive. Police went there and issued a Class D ticket to the youth.
