Wife of Alleged Child Abuser Also Charged

Anne Ladd, 32, of North Andover, was indicted on two counts of permitting assault and battery on a child, causing serious bodily injury and two counts of child endangerment, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office.

A North Andover woman is being arraigned in Salem Superior Court on Tuesday on child abuse allegations connected to a case in which a man tortured and sexually abused his two stepdaughters over five years.

Anne Ladd, 32, of North Andover, was indicted on two counts of permitting assault and battery on a child, causing serious bodily injury and two counts of child endangerment, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office.

Ladd’s husband, Justin, an alleged white supremacist, reportedly abused the girls, now 14 and 16, including using pliers on their tongues and toes and hitting them with a hammer. 

He also reportedly touched the girls inappropriately and frequently exposed himself to them and their brothers.

Justin Ladd was arraigned on April 30 and its being held without bail.

The grand jury indicted Justin Ladd on 41 charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery on child under 14, mayhem, assault and battery for the purpose of intimidation due to race, color, ethnicity or national origin.

She should rot as long as her nasty husband if not longer. Who wound put a man over their children? She does not deserve to be free.

I totally agree with you Cindy. Somebody should torture them both the way those kids were tortured.
