Water Main Break and Truck in Store

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.

Wednesday, Jan. 8


At 9:33 a.m., a caller on Osgood street reported water flowing into the roadway and icing up. It turned out to be a water main break.

At 11:41 a.m, a caller reported smoke in a basement on Sutton Street. It turned out to be a boiler issue, and the gas company was called.

At 1:44 p.m., a caller at a dental office on Turnpike Street reported a female refusing to leave. The subject was gone when police arrived.

At 2:49 p.m., polive received numerous 911 calls reporting a truck drove into CVS. Read the complete story here.

At 9:50 p.m., a caller on Farrwood Avenue reported a large black dog loose in the area. Police were unable to catch the dog.
