Wandering Skunk and Turtle Egg Poaching

Tuesday, May 29

At 6:27 a.m., a caller on Chadwick Street reported seeing a skunk wandering around in circles. Police located the skunk later in the morning and said the skunk didn't look sick.

At 3:09 p.m., police went to Marblehead Street to help a homeowner serve papers to tenants.

At 6:02 p.m., a caller reported seeing a teen with a paintball gun wearing a black mask at It turned out to be two youths filming something to put on YouTube.

At 7:16 p.m., a caller on Farnum Street reported that he had returned from a weekend vacation and found bottles of motor oil and antifreeze on his property.

At 8:08 a.m., a caller at Sutton Pond Condominiums reported seeing an elderly man digging up turtle eggs by the dam. Police spoke to him.
