Verizon Expects All Service Restored Today [VIDEO]
Residents have been struggling without phone service for several days.
After almost a week of work, Verizon expects all service in the area to be restored by today.
"We continue to make good progress," Verizon spokesman Phil Santoro said Friday. "We restored another 400-plus customers who are served on the copper network."
Copper is more difficult to restore than fiber, Santoro added.
