A middle-aged man reportedly chased a snow plow last week and struck the vehicle with a shovel.
According to a report in the Eagle-Tribune, the Department of Public Works reported to North Andover Police that a plow passed by the man’s home on Concord Street when the resident chased the vehicle and hit it.
Police reportedly spoke to the man.
