Shoplifting and Neighbor Threats

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Wednesday, Jan. 15
At 2 a.m., an officer reported an odor of gas at the intersection of Martin Avenue and Meadow Lane. Columbia Gas responded.
At 7:50 a.m., a detail officer reported that a construction company struck an underground gas line. Columbia Gas responded.
At 1:49 a.m., a caller on Forest Street reported a loose dog in the area. Police did not find the dog.
At 4:50 p.m., Kohl's reported a female shoplifter. Katelyn Parker, 23, of 25 Donovans Way, Middleton, was charged with shoplifting.
Thursday, Jan. 16
At 12:15 a.m., a caller at Royal Crest reported that her daughter was trying to enter her apartment and was banging on doors and yelling at neighbors. Nicole Wise, 38, of 22 Baltimore St., Lynn, was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
At 10:41 a.m., there was an accident involving a tractor trailer at the intersection of Peters Street and Turnpike Street. All parties signed medical refusals.
At 12:50 p.m., a caller on Church Street reported that his neighbor threatened him and drove away.
