Several Charged With Damage at Royal Crest

The following information was supplied by the North Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Several young adults and juveniles have been charged after an apparent party at Royal Crest.

On Saturday just before 2 a.m., North Andover Police received a call about several youths hanging out in the Royal Crest Estates club house.

Police reportedly arrived to find several youths and property damage in the building. Only one of the people lived at the apartment complex.

Matthew Hurley, 20, of 11 East Platt St., Lawrence; Angel Martiniz, 20, of 33 Bennington St., Lawrence; and Roberto Dominguez, 18, of 12 Royal Crest Drive, North Andover, were all charged with trespassing and destruction of property.

Three juveniles were also charged with the same.

Gilbert Centeno, 23, of 9 Summer St., Lawrence, was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

This is the second police incident at the complex in the past week. The Sunday before, police were assaulted while dealing with an allegedly intoxicated Royal Crest resident.
