Scruffy Paver and Plastic Turtle Blockade

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Tuesday, Nov. 8
At 5:48 a.m., a caller reported a garbage truck at North Andover High School. Police advised the truck driver of the appropriate time to start picking up trash.
At 9:22 a.m., a caller on Stevens Street reported that a man came to her house in a silver pick-up truck and offered to pave her driveway. Police searched but did not find the man.

At 10:40 a.m., a caller on Stacy Drive reported that a "scruffy" man asked for her number and said he was looking for work paving driveways. Police determined he was the same man from the earlier call on Stevens Street.
At 1:09 p.m., a caller reported seeing a raccoon walking funny on the basketball court at Johnson and Rea streets. Police found nothing.

At 3:23 p.m., a caller on Nadine Lane reported that a neighbor put two plastic turtles in the road. The neighbor then removed the turtles.
