Police Say Lawrence Man to be Charged With Break-Ins

Police say a Lawrence man is behind a series of recent residential break-ins.

The announced they are charging Jorge Fuentes of Lawrence in connection with two residential break-ins in North Andover, and Fuentes is considered a suspect in others.

Police said it is believed that Fuentes posed as a TV repair professional and knocked on doors asking about utilities. When there was no answer at the door, police believe he would break in and steal electronics and jewelry.

North Andover Police are working with Lawrence Police to seek out additional victims. Police did not have additional details, and the matter is still under investigation.
