Police Arrest Four NAHS Students For Drugs
The following information was supplied by the North Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
North Andover Police arrested four students at North Andover High School Thursday on drug charges.
The students -- all juveniles -- were arrested by Officer Brendan Gallagher just before 1 p.m. Thursday. Police would not go into detail about the drugs, but one 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were charged with distribution of a class E substance. Two other 15-year-olds were charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.
"Class E substance" referrs to a variety of drugs including prescription narcotics.

Wednesday, Nov. 28
At 12:13 p.m., an employee at DeFusco & Son Bakery reported that there was a raccoon in their dumpster.
Friday, Nov. 30
At 7:59 a.m., a caller on Fernview Avenue reported that he was trying to move out but his girlfriend was giving him a hard time.
At 12:59 p.m., someone walked into the station and reported that he didn't like a bumper sticker on a vehicle in the parking lot of Harrison's Roast Beef. Police looked at the bumper sticker and reported that it was not threatening.
Saturday, Dec. 1
At 5:51 p.m., a caller on Main Street reported a domestic altercation with her boyfriend. David Ginchereau, 37, of 11 Main St., North Andover, was charged with assault and battery of a household member, malicious destruction and resisting arrest.
