Parking Lot Drug Bust and Payless Fight

The following are excepts from the North Andover Police log.
Tuesday, April 10
At 3:14 a.m., a caller on Herrick Road reported that her ex-boyfriend was trying to get into her house. Police advised the man not to return to the property.
At 2:40 p.m., a caller reported seeing youths standing in a circle at Aplin Playground. Police checked on the situation and had one of the youths taken to Lawrence General Hospital with a head injury.

At 2:28 p.m., reported a shoplifter. Francisco Santana, 44, of 71 Newbury St. Apt. 7, Lawrence, was charged with shoplifting.
Wednesday, April 11
At 12:16 p.m., a caller on Clarendon Street reported youths fighting at Aplin Playground. Police filed a report.

At 1:42 p.m., police approached a car in a parking lot on Turnpike Street and made an arrest. Christopher Miles, 29, of 12 Ellsworth Road, Andover, was charged with possession of a class A substance.
At 7:02 p.m., a caller on Middlesex Street reported that a youth was assaulting his mother. Police took a youth into custody for assault and battery of a household member.
At 7:06 p.m., a caller at Payless Shoes reported that she was assaulted by a coworker. Police looked into the matter, but employees said the dispute was settled.
