North Andover Masseurs Charged With Prostitution

The women were arraigned Wednesday morning.

North Andover Police charged two New York women operating a massage business in North Andover with prostitution Tuesday.

Jianfang Lui, of 4114 Main St., Flushing, N.Y., and Rongxiu Ye, of 142 Barclay Ave., Flushing, N.Y., were charged with providing sexual conduct for a fee and providing unlicensed massages.

Both were held overnight at North Andover Police Headquarters due to a potential flight risk, police said. They were set to be arraigned in Lawrence District Court Wednesday.

The arrests follow a lengthy investigation by North Andover Police detectives and the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. The women operated their business, Asian Body Works, at 451 Andover St. and 14 Main St.

Police said certain advertisements and reviews of the business prompted the investigation. Police officers posed as customers at each location, and at each location one of the women offered sexual services for a fee.
