Man Arrested for Video Recording Coworker in Bathroom

The man worked at J&M and Taki's.

North Andover Police arrested a Brazilian illegal immigrant working at J&M Convenience Store and Taki's Pizza for allegedly using an iPod to video a young woman in a bathroom there.

Mauricio Lisboa-Gomes, 26, of 17 Forest Acres Drive, was arrested for indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 and videotaping nude.

According to arrest reports, the alleged victim was an 18-year-old coworker of his, at J&M Convenience Store & Deli. The young woman reportedly found Lisboa-Gomes' iPod in the employee bathroom at the store, on and recording video, according to police reports, after she said he had been behaving very suspiciously for weeks whenever she would go to the bathroom and was frequently touching her inappropriately.
