Limb Down and Fleeing Shoplifter

Tuesday, Aug. 2
8:40 a.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 125. The driver was taken to Lawrence General Hospital with minor injuries, and the car was towed.
9:52 a.m. A limb was down in front of Bertucci's, and police removed the limb.
4:40 p.m. An employee at CVS on Main Street reported seeing a shoplifter flee the store 30 minutes before. Police filed a report.

9:11 p.m. An anonymous caller reported seeing a car in the middle of the field at Grogan's Playground. Police looked but found no car.
