Ice Cream Truck Trouble and Turkey Tragedy

The following are excepts from the log.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

At 1:13 a.m., a caller on Colby Court reported that his GPS had been stolen out of his vehicle.

At 3:13 p.m., police arrested Peter Moses, 30, of 88 Saunders St., North Andover, on warrants relating to charges of identity fraud and improper credit card use.

At 10:27 p.m., a caller at Rolf's reported that a male had assaulted another patron there. The alleged victim did not want to pursue assault charges. John Arlock, 59, of 206 High St., North Andover, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Thursday, Aug. 2

At 11:01 a.m., Officer Brandan Gallagher located an ice cream truck driver and brought him back to the station to serve him with an order suspending him from selling in town.

At 3:06 p.m., reported a shoplifter. Noel Shannon, 41, of 255 Andover St., Lawrence, was arrested for shoplifting.

At 3:28 p.m., police arrested John Kendrick, 22, of 38 Water St., North Andover, on warrants relating to assault charges.

At 4:41 p.m., a caller reported that a turkey had been hit by a car on Winter Street. Police found the turkey and moved it to the side of the road.
