BREAKING: Man Tries to Rob Bank With Bomb Threat

Police are searching for the suspect.

Police say a man walked into at and tried to rob the bank using a bomb threat.

At about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, a man reportedly walked into the bank and told the tellers that he had explosives in the building and demanded they give him money.

A teller told the man to take off his sunglasses, police said, and the man then fled.

and went to the store and checked for explosives with a K-9 unit. After a clean sweep, the building was open for business within the hour.

Police released a surveilance camera image of the suspect. Anyone with any information is urged to contact the police at 978-683-3168.
