Annoying Calls and Elderly Dancer

The following are excepts from the log.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
At 1:12 a.m., a caller reported seeing a suspicious car parked at Thomson Elementary School and seeing the driver take off on foot. Police found the driver, who had a flat tire and was waiting for his mother to pick him up. Police took the driver to his house.
At 1:42 a.m., a caller on Lacy Street reported receiving annoying hang-up calls from a prepaid cell phone number.

At 1 p.m., Market Basket reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.
At 4:38 p.m., Lawrence Police reported seeing an elderly man on Massachusetts Avenue near I-495 dancing, clapping and yelling at cars. Police found the man, who was just out for a walk.

At 2:51 p.m., a caller in Ironwood Road reported seeing a black and white dog on the loose. Police did not find the dog.
