Afternoon Rollover on 114

A pickup truck rolled over on the busy street, but there were no injuries.

There was a vehicle rollover on Route 114 near Middleton Friday afternoon.

Police said a man was driving his 1988 Cheverolet pickup truck on that road when it rolled over against a a telephone pole near the The driver of the truck was not injured.

"The gentleman who was involved with the accident had no injuries, and he was out of the vehicle when we got there," Fire Lt. Bill Iminski said. There was no damage to the pole or any wires, either.

"We even started [the truck] up and it was still running," Iminski said. Firefighters stayed at the scene until the truck was towed away.

Police Sgt. Charles Gray said police are investigating the cause of the accident and have no more information at this time.

Route 114 is known for being a dangerous stretch of road. Earlier this year, there was an that resulted in death.
