North Andover - Student Bussing $330 per student

With the taxes we pay can't the bussing be free for the parents with students in the schools?

During the best economic times, skyrocketing stock market, property values sky high - and the town wanted an override - got it at $1.7 million - but services lost. 
A meals tax - no improvement to services.
Bussing is expensive. 
Grade D for unfunded pensions.
