Why would the North Andover Town Moderator.  The person responsible for keeping things in order at Town Meeting call the crimes of Lenny Degnan "politics".  If that is his idea of how the political system works he should step down immediately.  You sir are a disgrace.  Read his complete letter to the judge below...
